This is how the active GTA period began for some participants on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at St. Mary's Cathedral in Zwickau. As a kind of premiere of Theater (er)leben, we attended the 1st Philharmonic Concert of the Clara Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Theater-GMD Leo Siberski. In a great atmosphere with dimmed lighting, we were able to listen to powerful orchestral parts, quiet solo passages and impressive phrases and melodies.
Many of the GTA participants experienced another first for themselves: sitting in a classical concert for the first time, listening intently, pondering and giving themselves over to the full sound of an orchestra.
We are looking forward to the next performances that we will be attending at the Gewandhaus Zwickau. All under the motto: Culture is good for you!
