A machine that takes human lives in the most brutal way. An officer who is convinced of its effectiveness and enjoys torturing people. All these descriptions sound like something from a horror film, but they are part of Kafka's work "The Penal Colony."

The Reinsdorf Bees took part in the Saxon School Flag Football Championship in Dresden and gained valuable experience. It was the young team's first tournament ever, so everyone involved was very excited and motivated.

On December 4, 2025, the students in grade 12 at the International Gymnasium had the opportunity to visit the student laboratory of the Physics Department at Chemnitz University of Technology. This exciting day was filled with hands-on experiments and interesting insights into physics.

For several years now, the International Schools Reinsdorf have been participating in the "genialsozial" campaign day, during which students swap their school desks for a workplace. The money that the young people earn is not kept by them, but donated to "genialsozial." This money then benefits social projects in developing countries.

The International Schools Reinsdorf can look back on an eventful week. This year's Project Days 2025 took place from 12 to 14 November - three days in which creativity, a spirit of research and teamwork took center stage and transformed the entire school into a lively world of learning and experience.
