Our class trip to Plauen

Together with our class teacher Mr. Seidel we spent a weekend in Plauen in the middle of June. On Saturday we met at the Pöhl dam and walked to the nearby climbing forest.

The climbing forest was a lot of fun even if it was really exhausting at times.

For refreshment we had lunch at the snack bar with a beautiful view. We still had a little time before we were to leave with the public bus, so we were still at a playground and some even with their feet in the dam.

The bus finally drove us to the youth hostel "Alte Feuerwache". Finally arrived we were divided into our rooms. After we made our beds, we were allowed to walk around the city in groups for two hours. In the evening we made marshmallows and played Twister.

On Sunday morning we unfortunately had to pack our things again, which were later picked up by our parents.

In the morning we played Mister X and with the help of a few pedestrians we found our teacher in the Bärenstein tower, who in the meantime always sent us hints about his location, coordinates or photos.

From the observation tower we walked to the falconry Hermann. There we saw a magnificent flight show with different birds. Some of us even got a kingfisher on the arm.

At the falconry we were finally picked up by our parents. It was just a great class trip.
