While others celebrate the start of the fifth season on 11.11, join a St. Martin's procession or spend the evening relaxing on the coach, the students of GTA Theater (er)leben once again set off to experience local culture. The musical "The Addams Family" was on the program at the Gewandhaus Zwickau.

A world without polio

Thanks to consistent vaccinations, polio is no longer an issue in Germany. However, as long as polio viruses are still present in Afghanistan or Pakistan, for example, we cannot be carefree.

Triple premiere

This school year, a new GTA is starting a test phase at the Reinsdorf schools. This is the premiere for the Theater (er)leben program. The aim is simple: to experience performances of all genres at the Plauen-Zwickau Theater outside of lessons.
MDR provided insights into radio and broadcasting

On Tuesday, September 05, 2023, the 8IGR set off for Dresden in the early hours of the morning. The destination: the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk. As part of the German lessons, we were allowed to look behind the scenes at the broadcasting station in the capital and take home a variety of impressions.
The sixth grade cooks a performance control

As part of their German lessons, the sixth graders at our grammar school first wrote an unusual performance review and then more or less ate it. The curriculum requires them to be able to describe a process in writing. So why not write a cooking recipe? No sooner said than done!
Class trip to the Kriebstein Dam

The new school year started a few days ago and brings with it many unknown and exciting impressions, especially for the fifth graders. In order for the students to get to know each other better and grow together into a strong team, the 5th grade of the Gymnasium went on a class trip directly in the second week of school after the method week at the beginning of the school year.
